Services
All colour services include your choice of a blow-dry or a cut and blow-dry. This ensures every appointment is finished with care—whether you’d like a light trim, a fringe refresh, or a full restyle, time is always allocated accordingly.
Foil and balayage services include a standard gloss and your preferred finish. Additional fees may apply for root shadows or zone toners if required.
Extra charges may apply for hair that requires more time or product than a standard service.

All card payments incur a 1.6% processing fee.
A $3 Salon Sustainability fee will also be added to your final bill. This contribution ensures all waste from your service is recycled or disposed of responsibly to minimise environmental impact.

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to secure your booking. I understand plans can change, but as a small business, I rely on clients attending their reserved appointments.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation. Late changes may incur a fee based on the service and time allocated. This policy may be waived at my discretion in certain circumstances.
Some services, such as extensions or keratin treatments, may require a deposit. This will be discussed during your consultation before the appointment is confirmed.

Gift vouchers are available for all services and are redeemable for treatments only. Any remaining balance can be used toward a future appointment but cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are fully transferable—feel free to share them with family or friends. Please note that lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Referral discounts apply to a new client’s first service only. The referral card must be presented before the appointment begins to redeem the discount.
